How do I create a diagram?
Tap the add button on the main screen, choose a head type (or your own reference photo), optionally give it a name, and start drawing.
What can I draw?
Lines, arrows, freehand strokes, and text labels, each with adjustable color, thickness, and style. You can also place reference photos directly on the canvas.
Does my work sync across devices?
Yes. If you’re signed in to iCloud, your diagrams sync automatically and privately through your iCloud account, with no separate account or sign‑up needed. Make sure iCloud is enabled for Headsheet in iOS Settings on each device.
How do I share or export a diagram?
Use the share button in a diagram’s Overview. You can export a flat image to send to anyone, or export an editable .headsheet file that another Headsheet user can open and keep editing.
Someone sent me a .headsheet file. How do I open it?
Tap the file in Mail, Files, or AirDrop and choose Headsheet, or use Import inside the app. It’s added as a new diagram.
Is my data private?
Completely. Headsheet has no tracking, no ads, and no servers we control. See our Privacy Policy.
Reporting a problem
If something isn’t working, email us with a short description and, if possible, the steps to reproduce it. Sending from Settings → Contact Us automatically includes your app version and device info, which helps us track down the issue.
