Privacy Policy
Headsheet (“the App”) is developed by Sven Ulčar (“we”, “us”). We built Headsheet to be private by design. This policy explains, in plain language, what data the App handles and how.
Short version: Headsheet does not collect, track, or share any personal data. There are no analytics, no advertising, and no third‑party tracking SDKs. Everything you create stays on your device and, if you choose, in your own private iCloud account.
Information we collect
We do not collect any personal information. The App has no account system, no sign‑up, and no servers operated by us. We cannot see your diagrams, photos, or any other content you create.
Data you create and where it is stored
- Your diagrams, drawings, settings, and reference photos are stored locally on your device using Apple’s on‑device database (SwiftData).
- iCloud sync (optional). If you are signed in to iCloud, your content is synchronized across your devices through Apple’s CloudKit into your private iCloud database. This data lives in your personal iCloud account; we have no access to it. Its handling is governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy. You can turn this off at any time in iOS Settings.
- Reference photos. Photos you add to a diagram are read from your photo library only after you pick them, and are stored inside the App’s own data (and your iCloud, if sync is enabled). They are never uploaded to us or to any third party.
Contacting support
If you email us from the App’s “Contact Us” link, your message includes basic diagnostic details that you can see and edit before sending: the App version, your iOS version, device model, and language. We use this only to answer your request. We do not add you to any mailing list.
Data sharing and selling
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with anyone. There are no third‑party advertisers or analytics providers in the App.
Children’s privacy
Headsheet does not collect data from anyone, including children.
Your rights
Because we do not collect or store any of your personal data on our side, there is nothing for us to access, correct, or delete on your behalf. You remain in full control of your content on your device and in your iCloud account, and can delete it at any time within the App or via your iCloud settings.
Changes to this policy
If we make changes to this policy, we will update the date above and post the revised version on this page.
